LMS for corporate L&D

The corporate LMS that ships live + blended training without a Cornerstone-scale contract

Cornerstone, Docebo, and SAP SuccessFactors priced themselves for the Fortune 1000. A 200-person company, a regional services firm, or a fast-growing scale-up doesn't fit the buying motion. Classentra is the modern corporate LMS for the learning & development (L&D) team that wants live cohorts, role-based assignments, and a rollout ready for single sign-on (SSO) — on public pricing, in days.

Built for orgs 50+ users

Corporate L&D pricing starts from $6,000/yr — talk to us. For deployments over 250 seats, SSO, SCIM, SCORM ingest, or audit-log export — talk to sales before rolling out. Org-tier billing is annual + seat-based.

What corporate L&D deals with

Twelve angles where the incumbents leak

Cornerstone, Docebo, SAP SuccessFactors, and Workday Learning were built for the 5,000-headcount enterprise. The pricing, the implementation partner network, the integration list — all of it assumes a multi-year contract with a CLO and a procurement office. A 200-person company doesn't have either. Sales asks 'how many seats?' and the call ends.

The fallback is a stitched stack: Notion for the training library, Google Calendar for live cohorts, a SurveyMonkey for knowledge checks, Slack for nudges, and an HR spreadsheet for completion tracking. L&D spends half their time stitching reports for the people leader. Nobody owns the end-to-end view.

Classentra ships the live + blended corporate LMS in one workspace — live cohorts with auto-attendance, role-based assignments, completion dashboards a people leader can actually read, AI-drafted feedback on written submissions, and SSO on organization plans. Public pricing. Setup in days. The twelve angles below summarize where it lands differently than the legacy stack.

What you get

Six capabilities corporate L&D actually uses

Every feature below ships today. OIDC SSO (Google + Microsoft) and audit-log export are part of organization plans — talk to sales for the IT-reviewed rollout; SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning, and SCORM-1.2 ingest are on the roadmap.

Live cohorts + blended modules

Native LiveKit sessions for live workshops; self-paced modules + assignments for the rest. Mix synchronous and asynchronous in the same program. Attendance auto-captures; recordings land in the course library.

Role-based assignments

Assign training to roles (manager, IC, new-hire, sales, engineering) instead of one-by-one. New hires inherit the role checklist automatically. Role changes re-fire only the deltas. People leaders see completion at a glance.

Completion dashboards

Per-team, per-program, per-cohort completion view. Export to PDF or CSV for the quarterly people-ops review. Filter by hire date, role, manager, or location. The numbers a CLO asks for in a board prep, ready in one click.

AI-drafted feedback

Half the grading time on written submissions, soft-skill reflections, or sales-pitch transcripts with AI-drafted feedback the L&D specialist reviews and sends. Tone, length, and rubric weighting are configurable per program.

Course library + drip schedules

Build a reusable training library — onboarding, leadership, compliance, product enablement. Drip-schedule by week or unlock manually. Search across every program in the company without hunting through a SharePoint nobody owns.

SSO on organization plans

OIDC SSO with Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID ships on organization plans; SAML and SCIM 2.0 provisioning are on the roadmap. Audit-log export for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 reviews. IT-reviewable in a single security questionnaire.

FAQ

Common questions from corporate L&D

Do you support SSO and SCIM provisioning?
OIDC SSO — Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) — ships on organization plans, configured with you by our team during onboarding. SAML and SCIM 2.0 provisioning are on the roadmap; roster onboarding today is bulk CSV invite. Audit-log export for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 reviews is part of the same organization-plan conversation. Individual plans sign in with email/password or Google OAuth.
Can we ingest the SCORM courses we already own?
SCORM (the file standard corporate compliance training uses) ingest is on the roadmap — SCORM 1.2 export ships today on organization plans, and xAPI / cmi5 is also roadmap. Most orgs we onboard prefer to rebuild a few high-impact courses (manager training, sales onboarding, compliance) inside Classentra so the live-session + auto-attendance + AI-feedback flow works end-to-end. Talk to sales if a legacy SCORM library you can't rebuild is a deployment blocker.
How is this different from Cornerstone or Docebo?
Cornerstone and Docebo are designed for the 1,000+ headcount enterprise. Public pricing is gated, setup runs a quarter, and the contract assumes a CLO. Classentra is designed for the 50-500 seat company that wants the same L&D outcomes — live + blended cohorts, role-based assignment, completion dashboards, AI-drafted feedback — on public pricing in days. If you have a CLO and a procurement office, Cornerstone may still be the right call.
Can we run live cohort programs (leadership, sales onboarding)?
Yes — live cohorts are the default operating shape. Native LiveKit sessions with auto-attendance, recordings in the course library, AI-drafted feedback on written reflections, and a completion dashboard the people leader can read. Most orgs ship their first cohort in a week.
Do you have an audit log for SOC 2 / ISO 27001 reviews?
Audit-log export is available on organization plans — covers user provisioning, role changes, course assignment, completion events, and admin actions. CSV export for the auditor; webhook export to your SIEM (Splunk, Datadog, Sumo Logic) on request.
Can we white-label the learner portal?
Custom domain + logo + primary color ship on organization plans. Full white-label (no Classentra branding in the learner UI) and a custom email-from domain (verified DKIM record) are part of larger organization plans — talk to sales.
