    Intake call

    30-minute Zoom: we map your Skool setup, member count, course list, and payment integrations.

    Migration

    We rebuild your courses, import your member roster, and set up Stripe Connect direct payouts.

    Day 5

    Review

    You log in, click through the rebuilt site, and flag anything we missed. We fix it the same day.

    Launch

    Member invites go out. You start teaching on Classentra. We stay on-call for 7 days post-launch.

FAQ

How long does a migration take?
About a week from intake call to launch. Larger communities (10k+ members) can take 2–3 weeks; we'll scope on the intake call.
What does it cost?
$0 with an Organization plan or a Solo annual plan with 3+ active courses. No hidden setup fees.
What gets migrated?
Courses, lesson content, member roster (email + name), payment subscriptions, custom domain, and basic community posts.
What doesn't get migrated?
Historical chat messages, comment threads on legacy posts, and Skool's gamification badges. We can recreate top-tier badges manually if needed.
What about security and IP?
Member emails are processed under our standard DPA + PIPEDA framework. Your course IP stays yours — we sign an NDA before the intake call if you want one.
