    Review

    You log in, click through the rebuilt site, and flag anything we missed. We fix it the same day.

    Student invites go out. You start teaching on Classentra. We stay on-call for 7 days post-launch.

FAQ

How long does a migration take?
About a week from intake call to launch. Larger catalogs (50+ courses) can take 2–3 weeks; we'll scope on the intake call.
What does it cost?
$0 with an Organization plan or a Solo annual plan with 3+ active courses. No hidden setup fees.
What gets migrated?
Courses, lessons, sections, quizzes, student roster, drip schedules, payment subscriptions, custom domain.
What doesn't get migrated?
Comments on lessons, historical Q&A threads, and Teachable's reporting dashboards (Classentra has its own analytics).
What about security and IP?
Student emails are processed under our standard DPA + PIPEDA framework. Your course IP stays yours — we sign an NDA before the intake call if you want one.
